NO REFUND. NO EXCHANGES. All sales are final. We (Honest Products) are not held liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
Package Returns. Enter your information correctly at the time of order. All returned packages will be cancelled. and products will be sent to the next customer in waiting.
The bank deposit options like NEFT, IMPS, Google Pay are free. The CCAvenue payment option has services charges hard to bear all by myself at this point of the business. Maybe once you get to know me, trust me, think about supporting this business by choosing the Bank Deposit option while checkout! Thank you boo, I do appreciate it.
I usually ship out orders on Tuesday & Thursdays. Allow 3-5 days to process your order, and up to 1-4 business days (depending on where you live) for shipping, once fulfilled. This includes all items that are not on a preorder/prebooking sale.
Only fulfilled orders get Tracking numbers. You receive all tracking information via EMAIL. Login to your store account and visit your Order History for more information. Expect movement on Tuesday or Thursday, please.
These goodies can take up to 3-6 weeks depending on its predetermined dates. The open and close dates of sale declared at the time the sale and mentioned on the product Title as well.

First, verify everything as listed above have occurred, and it is no less than 48-72hrs. past the estimated delivery dates announced or previously discussed before inquiring for status.
