Orders are dispatched on Tuesday's and Thursday's only.
Most in-stock items ship within 5-7 business days from the date of order. You get a tracking EMAIL once the order is “fulfilled”. If your order is not ready to ship yet, Order Status displays as "unfulfilled". Please follow tracking on your order to learn about delivery status.
LOCAL COD DELIVERY
We have an additional charge of INR 100 incl. GST on all cash on delivery orders irrespective of the order value. Please drop an email request for COD.
If the order is canceled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order in store credits, including any shipping charges. Read Return Policy here.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING TIMES
North India: 2-4 working days.
Other Regions: 4-7 working days.

We understand that you can’t wait at home (or office - whatever your delivery address is) right from the time you’ve placed the order till it’s delivered to you. The carrier will make three attempts to deliver the order to you; each attempt on a consecutive day.
So, in case you’ve missed the order delivery:
- The first thing to do: Relax!
- The second thing to do: Just contact us immediately and we shall take care of it.
Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or preordered. You will be alerted in either instance and will be provided an approximate date of shipment. Rest assured any shipping delay will be communicated to you at the time of your order. Should any other unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified within 2 days of placing your order.
