How will I Receive my Products?
You can expect a tracking email from the store. LIke this:
However, more remote areas may not always be accessible by FedEx. In special cases, your shipment will be sent through other services such as Delhivery, Ecom, Aramex, Bluedart, etc . Not all of these offer the same sort of tracking updates via email that FedEx does.

T R A C K I N G 🌸 How it works! . . 1️⃣ Label created - This is online work to create the sticker that goes on your package. . . 2️⃣ Picked up - FedEx/Bluedart picks up your package. This happens every Tuesday and Thursday. . . 3️⃣ In Transit - Your package is on the way and you will see the expected delivery date at this point. . . As easy as 1-2-3! . . Please note: Labels are created for in stock products or those expected within the week. Please expect the pick up status update on the following Tuesday or Thursday . . My Order Status shows "unfulfilled", what does that mean?
It means your order is not shipped yet.
Instagram is the main communication channel for this store 💥 There is nobody to send you pretty newsletters or individual emails to share your updates, not yet. Apologies. #smallbusinessproblems .
U N F U L F I L L E D order means ⤵️
✔️ Your order is actually a *prebooking* it’s not here yet and may take more time to arrive in the store.
✔️ The order is still unpaid so we can’t fulfil that order at all! Please email your payment confirmation if you see such a status to avoid order cancellation.
✔️ It’s a weekend or a public holiday. It’s a real person running this store and fulfilling orders is work. Even God rested on the last day of the week #genesis2
✔️ There’s a personal/health/family emergency on that day so the girl who owns/runs this store takes a day off, on that day.
✔️ You ordered 10 minutes ago.
All orders, for in-stock items, are fulfilled within 4-5 weekdays from the day you ordered. You get a “Your order is on the way, here’s your tracking” EMAIL once the order is “fulfilled”.
If it’s taking longer than that, then please have some compassion, and do your due diligence before checking in.
