What Is Our Return Policy?

We have 24-hr Return Policy, which is applicable under these circumstances: 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Honest Products does not have a refund policy. We provide you with a store credit code. The code value will be the same amount as that of the product you purchased. You can redeem this code on our website to shop.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at HonestCustomerCare@gmail.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    Our Returns Address will be shared over email. 

    Please ensure that the product is unused, unopened. Notify us about the courier name and tracking number as soon as you have dispatched it. We want to keep an eye on it too!

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    What If Returned Product Couldn’t Pass The Quality Check?

    Honest Products has an authority to re-send the product back to you if it doesn’t pass the quality –check. Before sending the product back to you, we will share the images with you showing the defect and will intimate you via email/Call.
