What Is Our Return Policy?

We have 24-hr Return Policy, which is applicable under these circumstances:

  • It should be unused. 
  • All original packaging must be present.
  • Tubs & Dabbas are Final Sales for hygienic reasons.
  • We have a reverse pick up services basis on your area location pin code.
  • Only two pick up attempts will be made to collect the return parcel from the customer.
  • Honest Products does not have a refund policy. However, we would be happy to exchange your product or provide you with a store credit code. The code value will be the same amount as that of the product you purchased. You can redeem this code on our website to shop.
What If I Receive A Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product?

We do perform “Quality Check” on all our shipping and packaging processes, but in rare circumstances, if you do receive a damaged, defective/wrong product or an incomplete order, simply get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving your order with pictures at HonestCustomerCare@gmail.com and we will take care of the rest.

How Do I Return An Item?
  • Email to inform us about the return or exchange that needs to take place. 
  • A reverse pick-up will be arranged by our courier partners depending upon your pin-code and only two pick up attempts will be made to collect the return parcel.
  • Once received, the return/exchange product goes through a quality check.
  • Please allow 2-4 days for the processing of returns/exchanges.

Our Returns Address will be shared over email. 

Please ensure that the product is unused, unopened. Notify us about the courier name and tracking number as soon as you have dispatched it. We want to keep an eye on it too!

Give us one business day after receiving the product, to perform a quality check, post that we will process your exchange/Return.

What If Returned Product Couldn’t Pass The Quality Check?

Honest Products has an authority to re-send the product back to you if it doesn’t pass the quality –check. Before sending the product back to you, we will share the images with you showing the defect and will intimate you via email/Call.
