To cancel your order, send us an e-mail at HonestCustomerCare@gmail within 24 business hours of placing the order. You will receive the confirmation of cancellation on your registered e-mail ID. If pre-paid order is canceled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges in terms of store credit code.

  • If you cancel part of the order, shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • If you return an order delivered to you, original shipping charges will not be refunded. Self-ship returns-shipping amount will not be reimbursed.
